In addition, he has also held various leadership positions with several cable TV service providers. With an extensive rural background and a strong belief in providing world-class communications in rural markets, Scott is leading the Mosaic Telecom team to enable and empower their members, Customers and communities with robust connectivity to the world, through high-quality, advanced and affordable communications solutions.
