Mr. Bertamini, who joined iCore in 2005, has led sales efforts which have generated over $100MM in contracted revenue, grown the revenue by an annual compounded growth rate of 30% and directed industry best churn rates at under .05%. In 2008, Bertamini became an investor in iCore, affirming his commitment and belief in the Company’s mission and market potential. He has progressed from a Director-level position within Sales, to Vice President, and now to Senior Vice President overseeing all sales, account management and marketing. In 2010, Mr. Bertamini successfully opened iCore's first field office in Columbia, Maryland, which under his direction, was able to turn profitable in under 10 months. Having Baltimore as the first field office and playing a direct hand in its growth, proves Mr. Bertamini’s unmatched sales method to expand on more cities.
Prior to joining iCore, Mr. Bertamini was the Business Sales Manager at T-Mobile, restructuring an underperforming team to be ranked in the top ten nationally. His teams are well known for driving the highest value, while promoting a customer first mentality.
Mr. Bertamini and his business accomplishments have been featured in several media outlets and awards programs, including Inc. Magazine, The Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC)’s Hottest Management Team Award, and Helios HR’s Apollo Award, to name a few. He is also the recent recipient of the Washington SmartCEO Magazine’s 2013 Executive Management Awards.
