Lindsey is the Head of Finance at Neighborly. She joined Neighborly in August 2017 and has over ten years of banking and financial experience. During her six years in J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank, Lindsey was a banker in the Public Finance Department covering affordable housing finance agencies and other municipal clients, and executed more than $6 billion of senior managed bond transactions. Lindsey's past experience with municipal includes: Ammon, Idaho, CalHousing, City of Atlanta, GA, City of Cambridge, MA, City of Somerville, MA, City of Philadelphia, PA, Connecticut Housing Finance Agency, Illinois Housing Development Authority, Louisiana Housing Corporation, Madison, Wisconsin, Maryland Community Development Administration, MassHousing, Michigan State Housing Development Authority, Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, New York State Housing Finance Agency, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency, Rhode Island Housing, State of Connecticut, State of New York Mortgage Agency, and Texas Veterans Land Board. Lindsey graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy Studies from the The University of Chicago and currently lives in New York City with her husband Derek.
