As chief operating officer for Middle Tennessee’s premier fiber-to-the-home technology company, Sam Carbine has guided Crystal Clear in providing a coordinated and creative approach to fiber-to-the-home development including providing internet speeds up to 10,000 megabits per second via dependable, high-capacity optical fiber.

Currently, he is a member of the national Fiber To The Home Council Americas, the Society of Telecom Engineers and participated in the national Broadband Communities Summit in 2014 and 2015.

Member of the National Association of Home Builders, Carbine previously served as a national director. He is a member of the state Home Builders Association of Tennessee and formerly served as chairman of the Education Committee and co-chairman of the Housing Industry Political Action Committee (HIPAC).

Carbine is a member of the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee and is the former chairman of the Legislative Committee, local director and representative of the Membership Committee.

Previously, he served as a project manager, database creator and administrator for Franklin-based Carbine & Associates, a custom home building and development company, from 2008-2012.
