Leo Carlson is the Director of Customer service, Sales, Marketing, and IT at Norvado, a telephone co-op that serves rural Northwest Wisconsin. Within his 12-year tenure, Norvado, has established themselves as a premier provider of broadband and broadband services within the state of Wisconsin. Currently, over 90% of the homes and businesses in their serving area are built on fiber to the home technology and can receive up to 1 Gbps internet service. Leo is a member of NTCA’s Innovation and Business Opportunity Committee and sits on the board of directors for the Sawyer County/LCO economic development corporation. He is also an online adjunct professor for Marantha Baptist University in the Masters of Organizational Leadership program, teaching business and leadership classes. Leo holds a Doctoral degree in Business (DBA), a Masters in Information Security, and a Bachelors in Information Technology. In any free time, he enjoys being home with his wife and three children sometimes, they even let him go fishing.
