Austin Cochren is an IT Project Manager for Monogram Residential Trust. He oversees technology projects for New Developments, Acquisitions, New Implementations at Existing Properties, Corporate Special Projects, and Property Dispositions. Austin works diligently to make sure that on-site technology stays up to date and keeps a close eye on emerging technologies. He has been with Monogram Residential, fka Behringer Harvard Residential for 5 years in various IT positions such as Support Specialist and Technology Innovation.

Monogram Residential Trust is a fully integrated self-managed real estate investment trust that invests in, develops and operates high quality multifamily communities offering location and lifestyle amenities. Monogram invests in stabilized operating properties and properties in various phases of development, with a focus on communities in select markets across the United States. Monogram’s portfolio includes investments in 56 multifamily communities in 10 states comprising 15,571 apartment homes.

Prior to joining Monogram, Austin worked in Computer and Technology Wholesale, and Computer Services providing contract services to companies such as Apple, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, Fujitsu and others.
