Mike Coco is the President of Choice Property Resources, a leading advisor to the multifamily industry. With over 15 years of experience in MDU telecommunications technologies, Mike recognizes the impact that broadband services have on real estate owners, residents and communities. He and the Choice team partner with owners, developers and managers to negotiate and manage advantageous provider contracts.
Mike is a member of the National Apartment Association, National Suppliers Council and National Affordable Housing Management Association. Currently, he holds the designation of Certified Apartment Supplier with the NAA. Mike is also a 2018 of the NAA’s Lyceum program.
Mike serves on several non-profit boards, is past chairman of the board for Traverse City Light & Power and is a Commissioner with the Northwest Regional Airport. He is a past winner of the Traverse City Business News 40 Under 40 and holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Miami (Ohio) University.
