Rollie Cole, Ph.D., J.D. is a policy analyst and lawyer who has worked for several think tanks and several law firms and taught in schools of public policy, business and law at the University of Washington, the University of Michigan, and Indiana University. He was the co-founder and first president of the Association of Personal Computer User Groups and, for many years, the executive director of the Software Patent Institute. Cole directs technology policy for the Sagamore Institute and is a subcontractor for Thomas P. Miller & Associates. His degrees are from Harvard University. His latest book is “Wholesale Economic Development: Volume IV: Economic Growth in Small MSAs,” available from Amazon.
