James Cowan is CEO and founder of Docity Health, a telehealth company that bundles healthcare access onto existing Internet bills in partnership with ISPs, municipalities, and community broadband companies. A Marine Corps and OIF veteran, James has earned master's degrees in Economics, International Relations, and Business Turnaround Management. Prior to founding Docity, James served as an executive designing and operating smart home, energy efficiency, and on-demand repair programs for electric and gas utilities across the country. It was this background that led him to start his company as a way of leveling the playing field for healthcare access.
