Eric Cramer

Cramer has more than 20 years’ industry experience. He began his career as a consultant with John Staurulakis, Inc., where he spent eight years working with numerous rural ILECs on financial and regulatory matters from 1996–2005. At Wilkes Communications, he initiated a complete change in management and growth strategy and oversees the launch of new product lines. He has most recently overseen multiple strategic acquisitions and an extensive growth initiative in the state through the establishment of multiple public private partnerships. Cramer has a BSBA in finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, an M.S. in telecom and technology management, and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
