Curtin leads the team responsible for business-to-business relationships with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, developers, property management companies and real estate investment trusts. His scope also includes the creation and management of sales and marketing approach for over 6k MDU partner properties. As a certified Six Sigma Master Black-belt, Curtin, recently led the Verizon Consumer Marketing Six Sigma deployment and project development organization. Previously, Curtin directed Verizon Small Business Sales, an organization of more than 400 sales professionals providing B2B Fios broadband solutions across the mid-Atlantic states.
Curtin began his career at New York / New England Telephone in Boston, Massachusetts and held positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and management. He graduated from the Northeastern University Co-Op Marketing Program and prior to NYNEX worked for the Boston Globe on the client promotion team. Curtin has continuing education project management certificates from Boston University and corporate-sponsored programs hosted by the University of Maryland and Duke University. He resides in Northern New Jersey with his wife, Heather, and son, Morgan.
