Anita Dear is Director of Product Development and Management for Broadband Access at Cox Communications. Over the past five years Anita has provided leadership for Cox’s High Speed Internet product including the recent launch of a 1 Gbps service - Gigablast. In her role, she partners with business and technology teams to evaluate new products and solutions to solve business needs while always considering the customer experience. Prior to coming to Cox, Anita spent twelve years managing organizations responsible for training and software implementation in a variety of industries including education, health care and telecommunications.
