Joe De Leon is an electrical engineer, and began his career with RUS almost 28 years ago. He worked at the Washington, DC national office just over 11 years, and has been a general field representative, in Texas, to the present time.
Since 2010, Joe’s service area has been awarded approximately $196,000,000, across the telecom programs.
Joe provides potential applicants, awardees, and borrowers assistance with the requirements of programs RUS offers and administers. He also provides post-award assistance to borrowers in carrying out the projects, and documenting the outcomes of the projects for compliance purposes, as well as assisting awardees in applying for advances of funds.
