John Donner

John Donner is a lead relationship manager in CoBank’s Electric Distribution Banking Division. Based in CoBank’s Minneapolis office, he is responsible for the loan portfolio management of electric distribution cooperatives in Hawaii, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
Mr. Donner joined CoBank in 1999 upon the merger of CoBank and the St. Paul Bank for Cooperatives. Over his 26 year career at CoBank and the St. Paul Bank, he has served in various credit and relationship management positions in the energy, telecommunications and water industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. John’s University and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
