Winner of the FTTH Council Europe Individual Award for outstanding contribution to the industry (2013)

I am the CEO, co-founder and Chief Research Officer at Diffraction Analysis, a consultancy and research focusing on the advent of next-generation access and its considerable impact on legacy telecom business models, service strategies, public IT policy etc.

Prior to that I was a manager with French telecom consultancy Arcome (now Solucom) Over the years I worked on numerous projects, both operational and strategic in fixed and mobile, retail and wholesale. As part of Arcome I managed a team of 15 consultants and developed the business of the consumer practice.

Prior to Arcome, I was working for Belgacom France. I first worked as a Market and Competition Analyst then as a product manager on local loop (FTTO) and business voice. In 1999 I was nominated as Market Manager for Voice services with a team of two product managers and one market analyst.

In 1994, I graduated from the Edhec business school in 1994 and immediately joined Group Schneider in Coventry, UK as a market analyst. In the course of the 2 1/2 I spent there, I worked on market reporting automation, data-mining and market analysis.
