Fichtner has served as an executive in the communications and building systems technology fields for more than 30 years. Before joining Symphony, he served at Connexion Technologies as COO, CEO of Fusion Broadband, and executive vice president of Suntech Systems. A seasoned veteran with a proven track record , he specializes in building long-term, productive client relationships with Fortune 500 customers and in serving as the company technology subject matter expert. Fichtner and his wife, Jonni, care deeply about the plight of orphans, have fostered for more than 20 years, and have three “storebought” and three “homegrown” children.
