Kristi Fickert is the Vice President of Marketing and Training at 30 Lines, a full service digital agency. In her role, she drives all sales, marketing and training initiatives and acts as the brand ambassador, connecting clients and companies with effective and meaningful solutions to build their online presence. This includes a focus on SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation, Content Marketing, Reputation Management and Partnership Marketing.
Kristi has 18 years of multifamily experience, including 15 years as a Senior Marketing Director for one of the nation’s oldest and largest privately held real estate and development firms. Her experience includes sales, marketing, training, recruitment and acquisitions, along with a focus on urban/suburban, new construction/lease-up and repositioned assets. She is an instructor for the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, Columbus, and Dayton Area Apartment Associations and has been a panelist on a variety of both local and national marketing panels, including the Multifamily Insiders Webinar Wednesday series and the Multifamily Pro Brainstorming Sessions (speaker/panelist and facilitator). In addition, she has been a featured speaker for the Cincinnati Reds, Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Women, Property Management Association of D.C. and for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Leadership for Small Business Series.
