Justin Foster serves as the Manager of Community Technology Services with Lennar Multifamily Communities. In this role, he works with the development teams and consulting firms on service provider selection as well as infrastructure requirements for voice, data video and other community technology services.
He brings more than 15 years of MDU experience, concentrated on community technology from both the owner and provider prospective. Prior to joining Lennar Multifamily Communities, Justin worked as MDU Sales Engineer at Suddenlink Communications. In this role, he was a major collaborator for design and engineering of all services provided to MDU communities including; managed Ethernet, bulk Docsis, FTTU, video and Wi-Fi. Justin spent 10 years with JPI Partners and Realpage where he oversaw initiatives to implement building infrastructure for service providers, wireless coverage, building security, building access control and common area audio-video systems.
