Sam is responsible for interfacing with clients to develop plans to address individual requirements including engineering design, network upgrade plans, broadband evolution plans, implementation plans and specifications, contracts, and implementation of projects for CHR Solutions. This includes wireless design, electronic equipment designs, RUS Loan Designs and coordination with RUS to receive funding for both traditional and broadband loans.
Sam is a frequent speaker at NTCA, RICA, OPASTCO, VON, ERTA, ACE School, CHR Forum, BroadbandTV, client staff, and board retreats.
Sam has also testified as an expert witness.
Sam graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors Degree in Agriculture Engineering. He has been a registered professional engineer in the State of Texas since 1976 and is a member of SCTE, IEEE and TSPE.
