With 14 years in the software industry, Hine specializes in product management and currently is responsible for ETI Software’s Overture GIS platform, which combines OSS/BSS subscriber data, plant management records, fiber and network element information into a single real-time interface. Hine has experience in IT support, including call center management, technical writing and IT network supervision. Hine is a frequent conference speaker, most recently participating in the 2013 FTTH Conference & Expo as well the 2012 and 2017 Broadband Communities Summit. He holds a degree from the University of Georgia
