Kyle is senior vice president at Magellan Advisors, a top broadband planning, consulting, design, and network implementation firm, managing scores of broadband projects worldwide. He joined Magellan after retiring from a successful tenure as vice president of Bristol Virginia Utilities, one of the nation’s most successful and highly touted community-owned broadband networks. Kyle, has served in senior management positions with Alcatel, Standard Telephone & Cable and marketing manager at Proctor and Gamble. He also has served as chairman of the board for the FTTH Council Americas (now the Fiber Broadband Association). He holds degrees in business and marketing from the University of Tennessee.
