Graham Kaiser is a vice president within CoBank’s Electric Distribution Banking Division. In this role, Mr. Kaiser is responsible for managing the relationships with electric distribution cooperatives in Arizona, California, and Missouri. Mr. Kaiser joined CoBank in 2011 and has held positions within the loan accounting group, underwriting department, and relationship management team. In his current position, Mr. Kaiser has partnered with numerous cooperatives to develop unique financing solutions for electric distribution capital needs that include rural broadband projects. These financing structures encompass long-term debt options, short-term financing solutions, leasing programs, and cash management products to help cooperatives fulfill their missions of providing low-cost, reliable service to the rural members they serve. Mr. Kaiser holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in Accounting from University of Colorado, Denver.
