Kathleen Austin is an Assistant Vice President - Revenue Strategy at Equity Residential, a position she has held since 2007. She leads a team responsible for negotiating, implementing and managing initiatives to increase the company’s ancillary revenue. Areas of responsibility include revenue partnerships with cable and telephone companies, renter’s insurance, common area laundry services and other service providers.

Prior to joining the Revenue team at Equity, Ms. Austin spent seven years as in-house counsel for Equity working on a variety of issues/areas of the company including revenue, procurement, IT and corporate housing.

Ms. Austin holds a B.S & a J.D. from Indiana University, Bloomington.
