Mr. Keeling is a partner at Keeling Law Offices, PC and president of Data Site Consortium, Inc. Mike primarily researches, practices, and advocates in the areas of broadband, telecommunications regulatory policy, telemedicine, intellectual property, and related matters. Mike focuses to driving value and creating efficiencies in telecom, healthcare, IT, semiconductors, and software. He is a skilled negotiator, writer and legal counselor having over 35-years of hands-on experience developing, implementing and harvesting complex technical initiatives—their associated standards, regulatory and public policy frameworks, and value preservation. Mike has six granted-patents.
In addition, Mr Keeling participates in community building activities of the Arizona Telemedicine Program, Arizona Technology Council, Arizona Telecommunications and Information Council, and related non-profit community advocacy groups. Mike and his wife, Lynn, relax by sailing their sloop, the Windward Vision, in and around San Diego Bay.
