Rawlson O’Neil King is Communications Director at the Continental Automated Buildings Association. He also has experience as a founding editor and industry analyst at a trade journal focused on Internet services. Previous to that, he ran a management consultancy that catered to government, non-profit organizations and Internet start-ups.
Mr. King was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and educated at Bayview Glen School. He subsequently received a Bachelor of Journalism and M.A. in Mass Communication from Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. He has authored a book about control and electronic networks and has published numerous articles in trade publications and academic journals.
An active volunteer, Mr. King serves on several boards in Canada’s national capital, including an artist-run gallery and a community resource centre.
