Leaf began his career in the first responder/public safety wireless space, starting a company in Washington State in 2003. He grew it to support the western half of the United States with five regional offices and 29 employees. He continued as CEO until selling the company in 2011 but stayed on staff to grow the original foundation into a national integrator with more than 80 employees and $60 million in revenue. After meeting that commitment and understanding his entrepreneur goals and as a pioneer in the wireless space for major cell phone operators and firstresponder systems, he branched back out to lead Leaf Communication Consulting and his staff of 44 team members.
