Lisa Leahy

Lisa Leahy has 16 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of state government service requirements and 20 years of information technology expertise. Since 2009 she has served as the Associate Executive Director of the ConnectME Authority of Maine. In this role, she is responsible for directing multiple projects to advance broadband throughout the state of Maine and managed the multi-million dollar NTIA, SBI broadband grant program. Most recently, she was designated as the point of contact for Maine’s FirstNet project, a federally mandated, multi-year endeavor to build the country’s first nationwide broadband network dedicated to public safety.

Lisa was previously an eGov Services Specialist and Manager of Policy and Legislative Affairs with the Office of Information Technology at the State of Maine. Technically, Lisa has been responsible for managing multiple network environments, the Maine.gov web portal and delivering end user solutions.

Lisa holds undergraduate degrees in Sociology, Economics and Women’s Studies and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration.
