Jim Loter is the Director of Digital Engagement for The City of Seattle, which supports technology, programs, and policies that connect the public with their government and helps ensure digital equity in Seattle. His office is responsible for City’s digital properties and web sites, the open data platform; the award-winning Seattle Channel government television network; the broadband and cable franchise programs; the Digital Equity Initiative and Technology Matching Fund grant program; and the privacy program.
