Mike began his career with Comcast in 1996 as Generalist CAE, then moved to the newly formed Comcast@Home department where, as a Tier Repair CAE he was trouble shooting the early adopters of our High Speed Internet Service.
Mike then moved into leadership as a Repair Supervisor for the National @Home repair team in Baltimore. Over the next 10 years, Mike advanced his career through the Customer Care organization, and in 2006 he was promoted to Vice President of Customer Care for the Potomac Region, serving over 1 million customers throughout Maryland, Virginia and DC.
Currently, Mike serves as Vice President of Customer Care Strategy and Deployment. In this role he is responsible for the planning design and integration of all One Comcast efforts. Mike and his team are working across the organization to coordinate and develop operational processes focused on improving the customer experience, such as One Welcome and Self Help.
Mike, his wife Christina, and their 3 children Connor (12), Quinn (9) and Luke (7), reside in Baltimore MD where they are all avid Raven Fans.
