Kent McDonald serves as Vice President of Ancillary Services in the Commercial-Ancillary Income Dept. at Apartment Investment and Management Company ("AIMCO").

AIMCO is a real estate investment trust that is focused on the ownership and management of quality apartment communities located in the 20 largest markets in the United States. AIMCO is one of the country’s largest owners and operators of both conventional and affordable apartments, with 801 communities serving approximately 500,000 residents in 43 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. AIMCO common shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol AIV and are included in the S&P 500. AIMCO was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado.

AIMCO Ancillary Services generates ancillary income and provides supplemental services to residents through partnerships with national vendors. These resident services include utilities, telecommunications, laundry and vending, and other partner affiliations. Ancillary Services negotiates all communication service provider agreements for AIMCO's residents, and works with AIMCO's Construction Services and Property Operations groups to implement resident communications infrastructure - primarily on retrofit/overlay projects.

Kent has been with AIMCO since 1999. He earned a Bachelor's degree in 1995 and a Master's degree in 2001. Kent lives with his wife and two sons in Centennial, Colorado.
