Montgomery is an experienced COO, CFO and chief information officer with more than 33 years of experience in telecommunications, high tech and broadband consulting for domestic and international companies. He worked in Fortune 50 companies as well as startups, including Perdue Farms, MCI, Concert Communications and ICF International, before joining Declaration Networks Group. Montgomery has a deep understanding of creating and sustaining broadband ecosystems, has completed feasibility and broadband network/operations designs for fixed and wireless networks in more than 14 states and 17 countries, and supported the evaluation program for 2,200 BIP broadband applications for the Rural Utilities Service. He is vice president of the Rural Telecommunications Congress, which promotes broadband adoption for rural communities.
