Frank Ohrtman is the president of WMX Systems, LLC, a decade-old telecommunications consulting firm based in Denver, CO. Mr. Ohrtman is the author of I’ll Vote for You If You Make My Netflix Work, a compendium of what works in rural broadband. His observations are based in 2 years and 20,000 miles of travel around the great state of Colorado, facilitating rural communities in gaining control of their broadband environment.
Frank is a former Naval Intelligence Officer and holds a master’s degree from Colorado University’s Interdisciplinary Telecommunications Program.
