Paul Padilla began his career in Information Technology working for local government, migrating over time to leadership roles in diverse industries including banking, aerospace, computer manufacturing, public utilities, and telecommunications, ultimately landing in the non-profit sector where he’s worked for over 9 years
Paul has a passionate strategic, collaborative, customer service focus, joining Goodwill Industries of Central Texas in mid-2012 to improve the delivery of IT services and lead the organization in the timely selection, acquisition and deployment of the right technology mix to enhance its planned, sustainable growth and operational diversification. He is committed to developing an engaged IT team that will enable Goodwill’s contribution to the community through collaboration, automation and continuous improvement.
