Dale Phillips encourages innovation and creativity at Mark-Taylor Residential, which under his leadership has become the premier provider of management services to luxury apartment properties in the metro Phoenix area. He has driven much of the growth of Mark-Taylor's portfolio by introducing a highly successful team approach that combines finance, marketing, and operations to deliver superior returns to owners. While he takes his leadership role seriously, he doesn't take himself too seriously, fostering a fun workplace in which entrepreneurial thinking, alternate strategies and innovative programs are encouraged and rewarded. He is on the Arizona Multihousing Association Board, the National Multi Housing Council’s advisory board, and is involved with the National Apartment Association.
