Duncan Ramage is an investment banking and private equity professional with 9+ years of financing, investment and M&A experience across various industries including infrastructure, mining, business services, gaming, financial services, technology and telecommunications.
He is currently a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital focused on infrastructure advisory and development across North America, primarily under the public-private partnership model (P3 or PPP).
Previously, Ramage was a Senior Vice President in Macquarie Capital's Canadian Leveraged Finance & Sponsor Coverage Group, during which time he was involved in a wide range of high yield bond and leveraged loan financings. He also played key roles in Macquarie’s acquisitions of Blackmont Capital, Tristone Capital, and Orion Securities, and in the purchase of Gateway Casinos and Fraser Surrey Docks by Macquarie-managed funds.
Prior to joining Macquarie, He was an Associate at Endeavour Financial, a mining focused merchant bank and advisory firm, where he was involved in a variety of financings and M&A transactions.
Ramage holds a Master of Finance (Honours) degree from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) degree from Simon Fraser University and the Chartered Financial Analyst Designation.
