Mike is Co-Founder and CEO of NuTEQ Solutions – a SaaS provider of advanced solutions to the broadband industry. NuTEQ delivers tier 1 solutions to small and mid-size operators to help them compete in an industry of giants. NuTEQ’s proprietary GOCare Mobile Customer Care solution is an SMS-based, Cloud solution that enables (fully-automated) customer interaction with the Company via SMS.
Prior to NuTEQ, Mike has over 30 years of broad experience as an Operator in the telecom & broadband market. He has held leadership positions with RCN (SVP-Marketing & Product Mgmt), Knology (VP-Marketing & Product Dev), Everest (Co-Founder & President), and TDS Telecom (Operations, Business Development, and Regulatory). Mike has a BS in Accounting from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
