Over the previous twenty years from 1987 to 2007, John was one of three partners in Lake Shore Homes, LLC, a luxury residential waterfront development company headquartered in southeastern Wisconsin. John created the initial general development plan, construction and sale of multiple high end water front homes. John was also a managing partner in a 24-unit luxury condominium development in Potrero, Costa Rica.
John holds a sizable investment for ultimate development in a ten acre ocean front commercial property as well as several ocean front residential lots in Playa Pan Azucar, Cost Rica. From 2007 to present, John has been involved in residential and commercial development projects in the San Diego and Phoenix areas. John holds a General Contractor’s license in CA and AZ.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston College. John lives in Rancho Santa Fe with his wife, Joan and has two grown children who live and work in San Francisco.
