Kashif Shakil is the head of small cells and WiFi solutions for Ericsson’s North American region. He is responsible for heterogeneous network strategies for North America, end-to-end operator solutions, operator value argumentation and business growth derived from the adoption of heterogeneous networks.

Shakil joined Ericsson in 1999, most recently serving as the head of Radio Access Networks solutions for the company’s North American region. He previously served in Ericsson’s Global Services unit in various roles.

Shakil received his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NED University in Pakistan.
