Bill is the President and Partner in North Carolina Wireless, LLC. NCW serves his home county and six surrounding counties in the foothills of NC, with wireless broadband offerings. NCW was created in 2003, when T-1s services sold for $600 to $800 per month. Competition matters.
Bill is retired US Army Aviator with over 4,000 hours of flight time. Bill’s undergraduate degree is from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his MBA is from Harvard Business School.
NCW works diligently with County and City governments to form meaningful public/private partnerships to extend broadband in un-served or under-served areas, using existing elevated assets and NCW’s wireless expertise.
Bill serves on the Broad of Trustees of Catawba Valley Community College, were he Chairs the Technology Committee.
