Tommy Siniard is the chief technology officer and co-founder of 3-GIS. Siniard oversees the strategy and development of the company's telecom solutions. These applications are focused on improving the efficiency in the design, construction and management of fiber networks. His responsibilities extend to working with engineering service customers to deploy fiber to the home in 8 metropolitan cities in North America. These areas together have over 1 million homes with many areas already in service and generating revenue for their owners.

In his role leading the technology direction, which includes products to address all stages of the outside fiber plant, Siniard has worked with over 150 telecommunication companies in more than 30 countries. He brings a unique understanding of the problems facing the marketplace today.

Previously, Siniard co-founded Mesa, a pioneer in the fiber network management technologies, and he has served in telecom systems development and business management for Intergraph, Mesa and Telcordia. For 25 years, Tommy has brought a philosophy of bringing business success while solving difficult operational problems for telecom customers.
