Office of Governor Doug Ducey

Ben works to develop and implement the Governor's policy agenda related to infrastructure, automated vehicles, broadband internet development, government technology, public-private partnerships, and economic development. Governor Ducey's FY 2021 Executive Budget called for more than tripling the state's Rural Broadband Development Grant Program and investing $50 million in Smart Highway Corridors -- 514 miles of broadband conduit and fiber along key routes in rural Arizona.

Prior to his time in the Governor's Office Ben worked on the public policy team at Google Inc, where he worked on issues including freedom of expression and internet governance.

Ben graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and received a master's in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School.
