With over 26 years of Telecommunications industry experience in Sales and Business Development, Michele joined the Facebook team over 3 years ago to focus on Network Infrastructure – building long haul fiber networks. Working with external government agencies, Michele successfully negotiated required rights of way access for the MMI builds currently underway. During this time, Michele spent time evaluating P3 structures to better understand the marketplace and lessons learned. Additionally, Michele is focused on identifying and working with partners to leverage the MMI fiber to help with rural connectivity in North America. A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Michele is a single mother of 2 active young men.
