Developing public and private companies has been Moline’s focus throughout his business career. The native Nebraskan held several senior positions with organizations across the U.S. that were focused on finance and business growth and then returned with his family to his home state. In 2003, he founded ALLO Communications in his hometown of Imperial, Nebraska. The company has expanded to communities across Nebraska and into Colorado, and now delivers fiber optic broadband service to more than 400,000 customers. Moline holds a degree in business administration, with distinction, from the University of Nebraska.
