Mark Wagner



Mark Wagner is currently the President and CEO of ThinkBig Networks, LLC. ThinkBig Networks is a next generation fiber optic based broadband provider. ThinkBig is currently rolling out fiber to the home and fiber to the business gigabit broadband services throughout the state of Maryland. Mark is also a recognized broadband and technology consultant working with companies to develop plans for smart city services, and affordable broadband connections for projects such as the 300 acre Port Covington development in Baltimore, MD.

Prior to ThinkBig, Mark was a Founder and Managing Partner of Litecast, LLC. Litecast installed in the Baltimore area the largest privately held fiber optic network, and was one of the first companies in the US to offer fiber optic based metro Ethernet broadband connections in an urban environment. Litecast sold in late 2012 to Zayo, LLC. Prior to Litecast, Mark ran TJW Ventures, LLC which was a local venture capital fund which invested in various businesses including Litecast. Mark is an attorney and prior to entering the tech world he was a criminal practice attorney and an Assistant Federal Public Defender. Mark is a 1991 graduate of the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University, and a 1985 graduate of Guildford College in Greensboro, NC.

Mark has served on the Board for the Baltimore Museum of Art where he ran their Technology Committee, was on the board for GEDCO, and was a Trustee for the Greenspring Montessori School. Mark lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife and three children.
