Christine Havey is the senior director of people services at Congruex, a broadband network design and build operator. She oversees global marketing and communications to drive a positive employee experience through strategic planning and delivery of people-focused initiatives. Prior to her current role, she held various leadership positions related to talent acquisition, organizational development and engineering operations as the chief of staff to the president and CEO of CHC Consulting, a Congruex company. Havey holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and communications from California State University of Fullerton and is a senior certified HR professional through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP).
