Linh Nguyen, the customer success director at COS Systems, joined the company earlier this year in response to the surge in demand in the North America broadband market. He is responsible for the successful on-boarding of the COS Service Zones (a surveys and demand aggregation tool) and COS Business Engine (OSS/BSS) solutions for all new fiber network operators.
Nguyen has a long career in telecom in both the long-haul optical transports and FTTH access networks. Prior to joining COS, he spent five years with Nokia in a business development role to promote xPON and Wi-Fi solutions in the rural markets. He also spent 10 years in various roles from business analyst to VP of engineering and operations covering all aspects of development, planning and deployment for 15 FTTH Indiana communities for Metronet. He holds an electrical engineering degree from the University of Tulsa.
