Michelle Norris leads a national team focused on growing premium revenue and enhancing the B2B experience for clients, while driving sales strategy and market development, at BAIConnect, the leading independent provider of internet, video and voice services to the MDU industry in the Western United States. She most recently led the successful master integration process of two companies following BAIConnect’s acquisition of Bel Air Internet. Throughout her career at Bel Air Internet, Norris held a variety of leadership roles that were key in the transformation of Bel Air Internet from a small start-up into a highly profitable and rapidly growing telecom provider. She has over 16 years of MDU, sales and telecommunications experience.

Born and raised in Southern California, Norris is highly familiar with the area's MDU markets and has built an extensive network of clients in that region. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
