Carter Old serves as president of Tachus LLC, one of the fastest-growing privately held FTTH companies in Texas. He has a background as a co-founder in tech-focused startups, namely OmniEarth Inc., which sold to EagleView in 2017, and as an investment banker at Fieldstone Partners, where he co-led the space and ground Infrastructure finance group. Before joining the private sector, Old also served as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy.
