Bryan brings 20 years of civil engineering and development experience to McCord where he currently oversees the design and construction of horizontal improvements at Generation Park.

Prior to joining McCord, Bryan served as the Land Development Manager for Merrick & Company a top tier ENR 500 firm. His experience includes a large range of land development projects from site pads to a 3,500-acre master planned development in south Metro Denver.

Bryan holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University where he also served as an external advisory board member for the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering until relocating to Houston. He is a registered professional engineer in California and Colorado.
