Stephanie Burriss has 20 years of multifamily residential experience within the greater Houston area. She has been involved in leasing, training, acquisitions of multifamily properties, development, construction, accounting and property management. She holds both National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations through the National Apartment Association (NAA). As a former instructor for the Real Estate Program at Houston Community College, she provided students with the knowledge and specialized skills required for career opportunities in the real estate profession, with a primary focus on leasing and property management.

Burriss joined Hunington Residential in 2014 as director of multifamily operations, overseeing the company’s first lease-up at Vargos on the Lake Apartments and Townhomes, a luxury mid-rise on the site of the erstwhile landmark restaurant. She has since managed the operations of Hunington’s newest lease-up communities, The Vic at Southwinds, and The Vic at Interpose.
